Coordinate software implementations for Modular Solutions using Agile delivery, AI tools, and structured project management in a fully remote environment. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will support the Project & Implementation Director across client initiatives. The work includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing milestones, preparing documentation, and supporting communication with stakeholders. Modular Solutions serves insurers, mutuals, MGAs, and brokers through an integrated platform. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage assigned client implementation projects Track milestones, deliverables, risks, timelines, and assigned tasks Prepare status reports from relevant project information Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items,



and communication plans Support data conversion, integrations, training, and client transitions Requirements:

Three to five years managing IT or software implementations Project Management Qualified certification Agile delivery experience with sprint planning and backlog management Hands-on experience using AI tools for project delivery Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Miro, Claude, and ADO Bring organized delivery, Agile expertise, and AI-supported project coordination to Modular Solutions’ insurance technology implementations.
