The position works with artistic and production colleagues, manages casual crew, and supports Company activity. Your work spans theatre operations, equipment, staffing, renters, and events including the High Performance Rodeo.Key Responsibilities: Oversee Big Secret Theatre operations, maintenance, storage, and occasional venuesLead event technology or supervise technicians during performancesSchedule technical staff and maintain the current call listManage equipment purchasing, rentals, inventory,
