Lead Extendicare’s Ontario redevelopment program from Markham through hybrid work, applying construction leadership, financial management, and risk resolution across multiple sites. As Director, Construction, you will guide Project Managers delivering new-build and redeveloped long-term care homes. You will establish governance, oversee budgets, and represent Extendicare with consultants, contractors, authorities, and development partners. The program spans pre-construction through occupancy and closeout, with anticipated provincial expansion. Key Responsibilities:

Lead multi-project long-term care redevelopment delivery Set program strategy, standards, controls, and KPIs Review budgets, schedules, procurement, and execution plans Resolve risks, issues, claims,



and change orders Report performance to Senior Leadership and Development Partners Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline 12+ years’ progressive construction delivery experience 5+ years’ senior leadership experience on complex projects Experience managing $100M+ current-build construction Advanced budgeting, scheduling, contract, and risk expertise Bring long-term care construction leadership, program governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder management to Extendicare’s redevelopment portfolio.
