As Manager, Data Science, you will lead a growing team and partner with platform engineering on production delivery. The work spans product, platform, and people, including scheduling, hiring, payroll, pricing, personalization, and sales or marketing targeting. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Design. Key Responsibilities:

2+ years leading, mentoring, and growing data scientists 6+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI development Proven record shipping machine learning models into production Proficiency in SQL and Python Robust machine learning background and partnership skills Shape applied AI at scale through people leadership, experimentation, production machine learning, and cross-functional partnership at Homebase.
