We are a production’s best ally every step of the way.#One Cast One CrewCore Responsibilities Define and drive the product strategy and vision for your product based on good judgement combined with heavy user research, stakeholder interviews and analyticsBuild and maintain a high-value, feature-rich product roadmapEstablish deep understanding of relationship between your product, various integrated products and system functionality/related business process(es)Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and articulate use cases in order to define product requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Support and Payroll Operations teams to gather and incorporate product feedback into the roadmapIdentify and diagnose issues, document assumptions and design solutionsLead large-scale,



cross-functional product initiatives including related system integrationsPrioritize and manage an agile backlog of product features and enhancements in a demanding and constantly changing environmentWork with the development team to ensure that all requirements are clearly communicated and understood through user stories/epics, PRDs, mockups, prototypes and other key artifactsWork closely with UX Design team to provide direction for overall design and usability of the product to ensure a delightful user experienceAssist with user acceptance testing and provide clarification to aid in the resolution of defects/bugsAssist Product Marketing and Sales teams in developing and supporting go-to-market strategies for new feature and product launchesKey Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field requiredProduct management experience with enterprise Saa S productsExperience with file and other asset management platforms strongly preferredEffective at leading through influence across multiple competing stakeholder groups, with superior communication skills, both written and as a presenterAbility to translate technical or analytics concepts for a business audienceExperience navigating and working with complex platform integrationsTechnical familiarity and/or ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of asset management principles such as data indexing, OCR and cloud storage across variety of cloud technologies (e.G., Azure,



AWS)Strong execution-focus and ability to create an actionable plan amongst a certain degree of ambiguityDetail-oriented with excellent problem solving and decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications Working knowledge of payroll, HR, accounting and entertainment industry highly preferredSpecial Work Conditions Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
