Support Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives as a Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor with GMP and equipment expertise. The assignment is temporary for 12 months.

This Filling Supervisor position connects business priorities with employees on the production floor. You coordinate physical production, maintain product quality, and help teams meet deadlines. Success requires people management, clear communication, analytical problem-solving, and knowledge of SOPs, specifications, blueprints, PCS, and BOMs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production efforts to meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Ensure activities and products meet specifications and GMPs
- Meet budgeted labor standards and financial commitments




- Resolve equipment and quality issues with technical support
- Follow procedures, GMP, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Three to five years of manufacturing experience
- People management, coaching, and team development skills
- Solid communication across organizational levels
- Knowledge of SOPs, specifications, blueprints, PCS, and BOMs
