Reporting to the Site Project Manager, the Construction Manager leads day-to-day construction activities for assigned projects. You will coordinate trades, subcontractors, schedules, resources, and stakeholders while maintaining safety, quality, scope, and budget requirements. The role requires solid construction knowledge and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities: Direct daily construction activities across assigned projects
Monitor safety planning, site visits, and tailboard meetings
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and cross-functional activities
Manage project schedules,



budgets, and resource constraints
Resolve problems and communicate design deviations promptly
Requirements: Five to ten years’ senior project execution experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of construction trades and practices
Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex projects
Understanding of project management and nuclear industry practices
Bring construction leadership, scheduling, and safety expertise to E.S. Fox Limited’s Hamilton project operations.
