TRS Staffing seeks an experienced planning skilled for a growing client team. You will align schedules with operational requirements, evaluate changes, and support execution strategies. The work includes integrated schedules, forecasting, progress reporting, and recovery planning across complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using planning software
Analyze critical activities, schedule trends, delays, and improvements
Prepare progress reports, lookaheads, forecasts, and management packages
Recommend corrective actions and recovery strategies for schedule challenges




Evaluate project changes and impacts on timelines and deliverables
Requirements: Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or project management
Five or more years in scheduling, planning, or project controls
Advanced Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software proficiency
Experience integrating progress and cost tracking with schedules
Knowledge of critical path scheduling and planning best practices
