Apply category strategy, sourcing, and contract expertise as an SCM Category Management Advisor working 100% onsite in downtown Calgary. This 12-month contract may extend.
Reporting to SCM Operations Category Management leadership, you will manage assigned portfolios across Upstream and Downstream operations in North America. The work spans category strategies, contract administration, RFx execution, and post-award performance. You will support stakeholders and the broader Operations Category Management team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage categories through cost, pricing, supplier, and scope analysis
Execute sourcing initiatives under procurement processes
Develop RFx materials, evaluate bids, negotiate, and award contracts
Manage amendments, claims, and post-award contract performance




Maintain documentation and support Ariba, SAP, reporting, and analytics
Requirements: Undergraduate technical or business degree, or equivalent related experience
Five years of procurement or contract management experience
Two years of category management experience
Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Strong sourcing, contracting, communication, and organizational skills
Use category management, sourcing, contract administration, and stakeholder collaboration expertise in Calgary’s onsite SCM workplace.
