Reporting to the Director of PMO, the Project Manager owns end-to-end execution across Innovation, Pack at Source, CapEx, and packaging transitions. You will manage concurrent projects from initiation through launch while improving PMO workflows. The portfolio serves private-label and branded products for major retailers.
Key Responsibilities: Build detailed plans across high-volume project categories
Recommend trade-offs across competing portfolio priorities
Build AI-driven solutions, agents, and automations
Present dashboards, risks, budgets, and recommendations




Identify improvements strengthening execution and efficiency
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Five-plus years managing multiple concurrent projects
AI, automation, and productivity-improvement experience
Monday.com and Microsoft 365 proficiency
Relevant certification held or actively in progress preferred
