As Manager, Project and Portfolio Management, you will oversee daily operations and continuous improvement for BCCNM’s project management functions. The position supports strategic, regulatory, operational improvement and technology-enabled projects through disciplined planning. You will guide standards, portfolio analysis, capacity planning and delivery oversight within established decision rights. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree and ten years of progressive project experience Required PMP, PRINCE2 or recognized project management certification Three years leading professional teams and developing capability Enterprise portfolio management experience, including roadmapping and capacity analysis Advanced analytical, systems-thinking and governance communication skills Bring enterprise portfolio leadership, project governance and capacity analysis expertise to BCCNM’s public-interest mandate in Vancouver.
