General Labourer – Logistics & Warehouse

Job Summary

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our client's busy logistics and warehouse operation in Halton Hills, Ontario. The successful candidates will support daily warehouse activities, material handling, order processing, and shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.

- Sort, move, and organize products and materials within the warehouse.

- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.

- Assist with receiving and shipping activities.

- Scan and verify products using warehouse scanning systems.

- Check products for damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

- Build and wrap pallets according to company procedures.

- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse workplace.

- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Assist warehouse and logistics teams with daily operational tasks.

- Meet productivity and accuracy targets.





- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or general labour is an asset.

- Previous order picking or packing experience is an asset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to work day, afternoon, or night shifts.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements.
