Salary: Up to $190,000 + 25% Annual Bonus

Ellos HR Solutions is recruiting an experienced General Manager for a well established global manufacturing organization in the Greater Toronto Area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader to take ownership of a significant operation within a growing international company.

We are looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership, financial accountability, and the ability to develop high performing management teams .

As General Manager , you will have overall responsibility for the performance, profitability, and long term success of the manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Full P&L; ownership, including financial performance, budgets, and profitability
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing functions
- Driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance
- Leading business growth initiatives and supporting new manufacturing programs
- Developing, mentoring, and strengthening the existing management team
- Ensuring strong performance in safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Implementing operational improvements and driving a culture of accountability
- Working closely with senior corporate leadership on business objectives and long term strategy

Qualifications:





- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager within manufacturing
- Previous full P&L; responsibility is mandatory
- Strong background in automotive, metal manufacturing, or related industrial environments
- Experience leading complex, multi shift manufacturing operations
- Proven track record of improving operational performance, profitability, and business results
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary management teams
- Excellent communication, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and a hands on leadership approach
- Stable employment history with demonstrated long term commitment

Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates who have already held a General Manager position with full operational and financial accountability .

Base Salary: Up to $190,000 annually
