The Customer Order Management Functional Solution Architect provides global functional leadership for Infor M3 across customer care, sales administration, tool rentals and service. Lead end-to‑end solution design for Customer Order Management capabilities and related cross‑functional processes. Own functional architecture, configuration standards, and alignment to the global M3 template. Translate approved requirements into functional designs, specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidance. Recommend configuration, process change, integration, or extension approaches based on business value and long‑term supportability. Partner with Product Management, Technical Architecture, Integrations, Development, Testing, and Support teams.



Extensive functional experience with Infor M3 Customer Order Management or a comparable global ERP platform. Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional solution design, fit‑gap analysis, configuration decisions, and functional specifications. Ability to communicate complex ERP concepts clearly to operational, technical, and leadership audiences. Experience with ERP governance, design authority, global templates, and controlled regional variation. Understanding of integrations, data dependencies, testing, release management, and production support. Strong facilitation, documentation, stakeholder‑management, and decision‑making skills.
