As Creative Director, you will lead day-to-day creative direction for Pok Pok’s digital toys. You will work with artists, designers and developers from early concepts through finished experiences. The role includes translating broader vision into direction, reviewing work, playtesting with children, and partnering with the Producer on development priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead creative direction across concepts, explorations, toys and updates
- Translate creative vision into briefs and actionable feedback
- Guide visual, interactive and experiential design decisions
- Review work, prototypes and builds to improve experiences




- Use playtesting, insights and data to inform decisions

Requirements:

- Six-plus years in games, apps or interactive media
- Two-plus years directing creative work on shipped products
- Robust background in illustration, animation, game or interaction design
- Confidence leading teams and making independent creative decisions
- GTA residence and availability for downtown Toronto office days
