Working closely with the Manager, Marketing and cross-functional teams, this role ensures every event is strategically designed, creatively developed, and delivered with excellence to support Dealer and Employee satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing promotional product orders and inventory, overseeing the ongoing purchasing requirements of the Marketing Department, and acting as the primary support for all Dealer Communications and EventsContract Length: 14 MonthsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the Request for Proposal process, including the coordination of all logistical aspects of the meeting that contribute to increased Dealer SatisfactionDevelop and refine presentations, templates, and internal guides for Executives, Dealers, and Employees, ensuring alignment with corporate design standards and consistent brand applicationWork with Brand teams to plan and execute joint events, aligning on objectives, messaging, and standards for a smooth experienceManage all corporate event Sponsorships, including maintaining relationships with key partners to ensure successful collaboration and brand alignment.Manage all aspects of promotional merchandise, including planning, forecasting, field communications, and inventory control, to ensure smooth execution and alignment with brand objectivesOversee the Marketing department’s Purchasing,



Invoicing and Reconciliation process and ensures that it follows Corporate Purchasing guidelinesManage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of event materials.Formal EducationUniversity degree required (Marketing or Corporate Communication)Experience2 to 5 years Event Marketing experienceStrong background in planning corporate events, meeting planning, tradeshow management, and overall events coordinationCompetenciesFluently bilingual in French and English written and spokenMust be able to work in a quick-paced environmentExceptional Project Management skillsExperience with online applications and HTML creation is an assetExperience with Adobe Suite, including In Design and PhotoshopAbility to lead a cross-functional teamAttention to detailExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an assetWork ScheduleThis position is HybridAvailability for occasional travel, as per business requirementsSalary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary range for this role is $80,500 - $90,600.
