Overview The French Teacher supports learners in developing French language skills through clear instruction, guided practice, and responsive classroom support. The role uses English and French to explain concepts, encourage participation, and help students build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing. Duties
- Plan and deliver French lessons suited to learners’ needs, using teaching, tutoring, and classroom experience to support progress.
- Prepare learning materials, explain language concepts, and provide constructive feedback on students’ work.
- Maintain organized lesson records and use Microsoft Office and other computer tools to support instruction and communication.
- Adapt activities for children and individuals with disabilities, including learners who benefit from special education approaches.

Requirements Required: Practical French and English communication, teaching, organization, and time-management skills are essential for delivering lessons, supporting learners, and maintaining transparent records. Preferred: Bilingual ability, classroom or tutoring experience, and experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in early childhood education are valuable; math, writing, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills can further support learning activities.
