Olive Branch is seeking experienced Sushi Chefs to join our team full-time. This hands-on role focuses on daily prep work and sushi production, ensuring freshness, quality, and consistent presentation. No menu planning is required. # Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi, rolls, sashimi, and related items according to established recipes and standards.
- Complete daily prep work, including preparing rice, fish, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes.
- Maintain consistent portions, presentation, and product quality.




- Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and preparing raw fish and other ingredients.
- Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to complete orders efficiently and minimize waste. # Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety, safe food handling, and sanitation practices.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
