This hands-on role calls for careful measuring, precise sewing, and thoughtful attention to fit and finish. You’ll work with customers to understand requested changes and help them feel confident in the finished garment. Responsibilities
- Measure customers and garments, assess fit,



and recommend suitable alterations.
- Sew, repair, hem, and adjust garments using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Discuss requests, timelines, and garment details with customers, providing courteous service.
- Inspect completed work for accurate measurements, neat stitching, and a polished finish. Skills Required: Experienced sewing and garment-alteration skills, careful measuring, basic math for calculating adjustments, and clear customer service communication are essential to completing accurate work. Preferred: Related tailoring or seamstress experience and familiarity with varied fabrics and garment styles are valuable strengths. Your impact: Well-fitted, carefully finished garments help customers feel comfortable and confident. Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
