We’re looking for a motivated Associate Financial Advisor to help grow our agency through prospecting, client service, needs-based sales, and financial-security planning. What You’ll Do
· Build relationships with prospective and existing clients across personal and business markets.
· Identify client needs and recommend life, group, wealth-management, personal-lines, and specialty insurance solutions.
· Complete proactive client reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities.
· Support underwriting, risk assessment, and required home, commercial, or farm inspections.
· Help deliver agency sales, service, quality, productivity, retention, and growth goals.
· Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve complaints, and collaborate with the agency team.
· Develop marketing activities and support multi-client relationship-building programs. What You’ll Bring
· Ontario Life Licence (LLQP) (required) and the ability to meet ongoing provincial licensing and continuing-education requirements.
· Ontario Mutual Fund Licence (required).
· Two or more years of sales, business,



or marketing experience is preferred.
· Insurance-product knowledge and underwriting skills are assets.
· Solid communication, organization, time-management, client-service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Comfort working in a technology-focused environment, including Microsoft Office.
· A valid driver’s license may be required.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, and travel outside the office when needed. Compensation, Benefits & Hours
· Compensation structure: This opportunity includes a temporary onboarding income guarantee. Compensation is a commission-based structure, where compensation is directly tied to business performance and results, with uncapped earning potential.
· Base

salary:
$45,000–$55,000 per year, plus commissions and performance-based bonuses.

Benefits:

· Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, approximately 30–40 hours per week. Some evening work and travel may be required. *The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.
