About Tint Express Tint Express is a growing automotive service company specializing in window tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, vehicle wraps, decals, and premium automotive customization services. We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented PPF Installer to join our professional installation team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Paint Protection Film installation, strong technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes on a variety of vehicles, including luxury and high-end models.

Key Responsibilities
1. Professional PPF Installation
- Perform high-quality PPF installations, including partial-front, full-front, and full-body applications.
- Install PPF on bumpers, hoods, fenders, mirrors, doors, and other vehicle surfaces.
- Ensure precise alignment, smooth application, clean edges, and professional finishing.
- Perform both pre-cut and bulk/custom PPF installations. 2. Vehicle Preparation & Quality Inspection
- Inspect and prepare vehicle surfaces before installation.
- Ensure proper surface cleaning, decontamination, and film adhesion.
- Identify and correct installation imperfections, including bubbles, contamination, and lifting edges.
- Conduct final quality checks to maintain Tint Express standards. 3. Technical Expertise & Equipment Handling
- Operate PPF installation tools, heat guns, plotters, and cutting equipment safely.
- Understand different PPF materials, installation techniques, and finishing methods.




- Minimize material waste while maintaining installation quality. 4. Team Coordination & Productivity
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled installations.
- Manage assigned installation jobs independently and efficiently.
- Communicate installation progress, technical concerns, and material requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional installation workspace. Requirements
- Previous hands-on PPF installation experience is required.
- Ability to independently complete partial-front and full-front PPF installations.
- Experience with full-body PPF installations is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of pre-cut patterns, plotter software, and bulk installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and finishing quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
- Experience working on luxury and high-end vehicles is an asset.
- Flexibility to work weekends when required.
