Job Summary We are hiring a Project Manager on a 12-month contract to take ownership of our active project pipeline. You will be the point person running jobs from permit stage through completion, managing trades, timelines, budgets, and client communication. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives on being out in the field, solving problems, and making sure projects land on time and on budget. Based on project volume, there is strong potential for this role to extend or convert to a permanent position Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Oversee site activity, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews across residential renovation, light commercial, and insurance restoration jobs
- Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
- Coordinate inspections, permit requirements, and compliance with the Ontario Building Code
- Review quotes, change orders, and purchase orders; approve invoices for payment
- Maintain project documentation, daily logs, photos,



and client updates through our construction management software
- Enforce health and safety standards on every job site
- Work closely with ownership and the project coordinator to forecast resourcing and keep the pipeline moving Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential or commercial construction
- Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, permits, and inspection processes
- Experience with construction management software such as Billdr, Buildertrend, or similar
- Proven ability to manage trades, suppliers, and multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and in the field
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle or truck
- Comfortable reading architectural drawings, specs, and quotes
