JOB TITLE: SHOP MANAGER – 140 Two Nations Crossing Swifty’s 15 Minute Oil Change Ltd is a locally owned, independent, drive-through oil change business proudly serving our community since 1998. Built on a foundation of customer service, integrity, and efficiency, we operate new, state-of-the-art facilities at two Fredericton NB locations. Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day operations
· Lead and manage a team (supervisor and technicians)
· Maintain a high level of customer service and service efficiency
· Maintain safety, quality control, and operational standards
· Manage inventory, ordering, and sourcing new products
· Track and manage performance metrics (sales, labour, productivity, customer satisfaction)
· Manage scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
· Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
· Maintain facility standards and equipment performance
· Ensure health and safety standards and company polices and procedures are followed Ideal Candidate We are looking for a strong leader that is well-organized and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on position where you are expected to be on the floor at times and support your team when needed. We expect a leader that will hold themselves, and employees to a high level of professionalism. We are looking for someone with:
· A minimum of 3+ years of management experience
· Strong leadership and team-building skills
· Ability to stand, lift, and work on a hard surface floor




· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Organized, accountable and solution oriented
· High school graduation required with additional education being considered an asset
· Experience in an automotive setting considered as an asset
· Proficient use of a computer for email, Microsoft Office & Custom POS System
· A valid class 5 NB drivers’ licence is required.
· Written and spoken competency in English is required. French is an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
