Location:

Responsibilities:

- To solicit corporate customers and bring new business to the branch.
- Target potential clients through business referral networks and cold calls.
- Explore potential clients’ financing needs and develop financing solutions (operating loan, commercial mortgage loan, construction loan, trade finance, and other corporate banking products).
- Maintain client relationships, such as regularly visiting existing clients, and obtaining information regarding updated financial conditions and needs. Monitor the terms and conditions of approved credit arrangements. Facilitate the provision of bank products and services.
- To initiate a credit application, follow up on the approval and close the financing deal.
- Conduct risk, credit, and financial analysis for existing and new financing opportunities. The analysis includes industries, competition, management assessment, financial performance, and cash flow forecasts and sensitivities.

Education:
University degree in related fields or above.
- Work

Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experiences and/or management experiences.

Previous corporate banking / commercial lending experiences.



Special Requirements (if any):
- Valuable verbal and written communications skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is considered an asset.
