Overview We’re a growing, licensed and insured residential and business cleaning company in Red Deer with a 5.0-star Google rating across 29+ reviews. We’re hiring reliable residential cleaners for permanent part-time position of 20+ hours a week and casual on call positions, Monday to Saturday, during the day, Duties
- Clean homes in Red Deer and nearby towns: regular scheduled cleans, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, and vacation rental turnovers
- Work solo or with a partner: depending on the job
- Follow a set checklist for every job: deliver consistent quality and maintain a keen attention to detail
- Responsible time management: Start and stop a job timer in our work app when you arrive at and leave each home
- Film short clips, longer form videos and take photos of your cleans for our social media accounts
- Be reliable, arrive on time and keep each home’s standard the same, visit after visit
- Nurture client relationships and generate company reviews. Good communication, customer service and appropriate company representation in every job and the willingness to ask clients for company reviews. Qualifications




- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to jobs
- Available at least 20 hours a week, Monday to Saturday, during the day
- Smartphone for our work app and for filming your cleans, with location turned on while working
- Comfortable being on camera and representing us on our social media
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Able to handle physical work: on your feet most of the day, bending, kneeling and carrying supplies
- Dependable: you show up when you say you will
- Skilled cleaning experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person What Do
