Bridgewater KIA part of the Sigma Auto Group in Bridgewater, NS is looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to oversee the Service and Parts departments. This position will work hand in hand with the General Manager who has 20+ years of Fixed OP's Experience. Reporting to the General Manager, the Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for implementing the strategic direction and leadership of the service and parts department, which includes in-house technicians/detailers, parts, and service administration. A successful candidate will be required to effectively and efficiently manage the development and directions of the parts and service team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity, and promote high-quality customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Develop recent business strategies in the parts and service departments to
- improve performance
- Work with GM to manage departmental expenses for parts and service departments.
- Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made.
- communications are being achieved between departments. New/Used Vehicle Deliveries,



Used vehicle lot ready within 48 hours, open repair orders, warranty receivables, and customer satisfaction.
· Manage annual inventory counts.
- Work on process improvement projects to ensure good processes and
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
- Occasionally, handle escalated customer inquiries.
- Measure and monitor key customer service areas, including call handling, repair turnaround time, first time completions, work order aging, days to first visit, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage annual inventory counts.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education or dealership experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- This position is ideal for a Service Manager or a Parts Manager looking for training and support to move into a Senior leadership position for both departments.
- Previous management experience in a technical environment would be an asset.
- Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business
- processes.
- Able to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
- A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, procedures, and other operational issues faced by the organization.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
· Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict
- resolution, and people management skills.
- Must be computer literature. Preference will be given to those who have a working knowledge of the PBS platform and/or OEM platforms. Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
