Lead sovereign hypersonic engineering in Canada, combining systems architecture and multidisciplinary technical leadership. Build Hypersonica Canada from the ground up. As Principal Engineer and Technical Lead, you will own Canadian technical delivery across projects and programmes. Your scope spans systems engineering, mechanical, avionics, software, guidance, navigation and control, assembly, integration, and test. You will shape the engineering organisation while working with the CTO, founders, and wider engineering leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Own delivery from concept through integration, test, and flight Set engineering direction and make major technical decisions Lead systems, mechanical, avionics, GNC, AIT, and test disciplines Drive architecture, requirements, interfaces,



and verification Build and mentor the Canadian engineering team Requirements:

Principal, Chief, or senior technical leadership experience Complex aerospace, launch vehicle, missile, or demanding systems experience Multidisciplinary vehicle or system-level technical delivery leadership Experience progressing hardware through integration and real-world testing Strength in systems thinking, reviews, verification, and risk management Shape Hypersonica Canada’s engineering direction through systems leadership, technical decisions, integration, verification, and flight delivery.
