Lead eReferral operations at The Ottawa Hospital using digital health expertise, stakeholder engagement, and people management across Ontario Health East of East.
Reporting to the Director, the Manager oversees day-to-day eReferral program delivery and service quality. This position leads workplans, budgets, resourcing, and operational standards. The Manager expands OceanMD across clinical pathways and specialty clinics while aligning delivery with Ontario Health standards and provincial models of care.
Key Responsibilities: Lead eReferral workstream planning, goals, budgets, issues, and service quality
Manage recruitment, coaching, performance evaluation, development, and engagement
Implement eReferral across pathways and partner organizations
Design workflows, onboarding, communications, and change management




Build stakeholder relationships and influence partners toward consensus
Requirements: Four-year degree in health, business, technology, or related field
Minimum five years’ progressive digital health, healthcare, or information technology experience
Progressive leadership with direct people and performance management experience
Operating budget and business case management experience
Advanced stakeholder, analytical, problem-solving, and improvement skills
