At Photonic, you will own full-cycle recruitment for complex deep-tech roles. Partner with executives, technical leaders, and stakeholders across quantum hardware, software, algorithms, and engineering. Build teams by attracting physicists, engineers, and computer scientists while navigating ambiguity and influencing strategically.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle hiring across highly specialized business areas
Develop sourcing strategies using networks, labs, conferences, and ecosystems
Assess technical capability, competencies, and culture fit
Build pipelines for hardware, algorithms, architecture, and engineering talent




Manage senior and international offers, competing offers, and relocation
Requirements: Six-plus years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Three-plus years recruiting engineering and scientific hardware and software roles
Solid technical fluency for conversations with scientists and engineers
Experience sourcing and closing PhD-level talent globally
Applicant tracking system experience and data-driven hiring improvement
