The Director of Retail leads Rank + Rally operations for Rogers Place, the Flagship Official Team Store, Ice District activations, and e-commerce. Reporting locally to OEG marketing leadership and operationally to Rank + Rally retail leadership, this senior role oversees retail managers, supervisors, and hourly staff. The position develops leaders, maintains retail standards, and advances marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead financial results across every retail location
Oversee visual presentation and merchandising standards
Approve expenses, schedules, and variable labor spending




Coordinate client events, activations, and location build-outs
Coach leaders toward sales and profitability objectives
Requirements: Three years of Store Director or general manager experience
Alternatively, three years of multi-unit management experience
Sports industry or arena Store Director experience
Two to three years of buying or purchasing experience
Flexible availability for event-driven weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
