As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will assess enterprise AI risk management, validation, monitoring, and governance for medium- and high-risk initiatives. Your work covers Generative AI, Agentic AI, model design, data quality, testing, and performance metrics. You will provide evidence-based opinions and recommendations to senior management and governance committees.
Key Responsibilities: Challenge second-line AI model risk management practices
Review medium- and high-risk AI initiatives
Evaluate methodologies, data quality, testing, and monitoring
Assess Generative AI and Agentic AI risks
Prepare executive-ready assessments and committee materials
Requirements: Seven or more relevant years for Manager candidates
Ten or more relevant years for Senior Manager candidates
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Experience in AI, machine learning, or model risk
Ability to challenge stakeholders and influence senior leaders
