Based in Mississauga, Ontario, this permanent Product Lead reports directly to the President and CEO of Bayer Inc. You will own strategic, launch, and financial accountability while building readiness across customers, field teams, access, supply, and the organization. Success depends on converting research, competitive intelligence, and analytics into differentiated choices.
Key Responsibilities: Build and execute the Canadian Asundexian launch strategy
Develop business cases and secure launch resources
Manage brand investment against changing priorities and evidence
Convert market intelligence into actionable strategic priorities




Ensure Canadian regulatory and compliance requirements guide activities
Requirements: Significant progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
At least eight years in strategic commercial leadership
Successful Canadian launch leadership within the past five years
Ability to shape strategy through insights and analytics
Experience engaging senior experts and healthcare stakeholders
