This Project Manager provides overall leadership for assigned construction projects. The position requires construction experience, project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and cost control knowledge. Success depends on coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while managing risks, opportunities, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, contract administration, and technical expertise
Maintain safety plans and promote health and safety
Track costs, forecasts, schedules, and project progress
Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments




Coordinate closeout documentation, commissioning, turnover, and warranties
Requirements: Engineering, Construction Management, or related diploma or degree
Eight to ten years of progressive construction experience
Experience leading construction projects and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of contracts, specifications, codes, and quality management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
