As Manager of UX Research, you will combine hands-on research with coaching one researcher. You will guide research across Meltwater’s SaaS platform, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering. Your work will connect customer insights, UX metrics, and product decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct interviews, field research, usability tests, and diary studies
Design surveys, experiments, and behavioral analyses
Own CES, CSAT, and ease-of-use reporting
Create research templates, guardrails, and training
Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and leaders
Requirements: Eight-plus years in UX or design research
Three-plus years managing people and teams of one to five
Qualitative and quantitative research case studies
Enterprise SaaS experience with complex B2B products
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HCI degree preferred
Bring research leadership, UX measurement, AI workflows, and product strategy influence to Meltwater’s customer-focused SaaS platform.
