Key Responsibilities: Develop tactical clinical, operational, and service plans
Coordinate shared resources, equipment, services, and space
Review workplace indicators and establish department objectives
Investigate complaints, grievances, risks, and clinical outcomes
Support research, emerging practices, technologies, and service integration
Requirements: Health sciences or related undergraduate degree
Seven years of recent related experience
Leadership experience of at least two years
Ability to plan and prioritize projects
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
