As SegulaTechnologies' Lead Logistics Engineer, you will support internal logistics engineering through launch and pre-production phases. The role connects logistics, product, manufacturing, industrial engineering, operational, and quality teams. You will present designs, guide improvements, and help ensure production lines meet performance without material-shortage downtime.
Key Responsibilities: Lead simulation and bottleneck analysis for logistics improvements
Present logistics and station designs to launch teams
Provide direction for station design and process improvements
Support pilot builds, tool tryouts,



and process validation
Report cycle time, quality, downtime, and throughput performance
Requirements: Experience supporting new product introduction logistics
Understanding of lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives
Ability to collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams
Ability to present readiness plans to customers
Knowledge of pre-production validation activities
Bring launch coordination, logistics analysis, and continuous improvement expertise to production readiness and material delivery programs.
