Shape payment products at ATB as a Product Manager using research, data analytics, and product lifecycle ownership in a hybrid work arrangement.
Working within the Money Movement Team, you will contribute to the vision and roadmap for Interac e-Transfers and Real Time Rail. This role combines product strategy, client experience, performance analysis, and regulatory collaboration. You will work across discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and sunsetting while supporting annual business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap development
Analyze metrics and use insights for strategic planning
Define and track KPIs for product initiatives
Collaborate with Fraud, AML, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations




Drive payments modernization aligned with Payments Canada releases
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience
Two to three years of direct product management experience
End-to-end product lifecycle ownership experience
Working knowledge of payment networks and scheme standards
Fluency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Bring payment product expertise, data-driven judgment, and stakeholder leadership to advance ATB Money Movement products.
