This Senior Staff Product Manager role owns direction for a product domain with broad organizational impact. You will translate ambiguity into phased plans, connect product work to revenue, patient outcomes, partner growth, and operational efficiency, and collaborate with engineering and design. OpenLoop powers virtual and hybrid care for healthcare and non-healthcare brands.
Key Responsibilities: Define domain strategy, vision, sequencing, and success metrics
Turn conflicting requests into defensible phased plans
Drive decisions across engineering, design, data, and operations




Connect roadmaps to measurable business and patient outcomes
Use AI for research, analysis, prototyping, and prioritization
Requirements: 10+ years managing complex products across multiple teams
Solid technical partnership and sound product tradeoffs
Experience with APIs, platforms, or white-label products preferred
Ability to influence senior leaders and resolve priorities
Comfort with regulation, security, and third-party integrations
Use platform product expertise, technical fluency, and outcome ownership to shape OpenLoop’s healthcare infrastructure.
