As a Machine Learning Specialist, you will build critical systems supporting machine learning models. The work spans scalable serving systems, training and inference optimization, and MLOps infrastructure. You will apply machine learning frameworks, GPU programming, and production model experience while collaborating with software, data, and machine learning professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Design scalable systems serving machine learning models
Optimize deep learning training and inference performance
Create feature pipelines, feature stores, and model stores




Monitor production models and establish retraining infrastructure
Build frameworks supporting scalable, reproducible research
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Five or more years building software for machine learning systems
Solid machine learning and deep learning understanding
Experience with MLOps infrastructure and tooling
TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT, ONNX, or GPU programming experience
Apply machine learning systems, MLOps, and inference optimization expertise to critical technology projects at DRW.
