As an experienced Operations Program Manager, you will guide customer programs from contract execution through launch readiness. You will coordinate operations, engineering, safety, regulatory, facilities, and support teams. The work includes managing stakeholders, milestones, dependencies, and customer expectations.

Serve as primary liaison for customer program teams
Manage integrated schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting operational requirements

Requirements: Degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field
Five or more years in program, project, or operations management
Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Robust communication, organization, and relationship management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and project tools
Use program leadership, customer coordination, and launch readiness expertise to support Maritime Launch Services missions in Nova Scotia.
