This full-time position directs multidisciplinary Engineering teams across technical bids and projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, quality targets, estimates, technical milestones, and solution consistency. The role supports signaling systems through customer communication, work package management, and engineering process leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Direct engineering teams toward schedule, cost, and quality targets
Manage bid milestones, estimates, risks, and technical deliverables
Define project engineering strategies, plans, and implementation




Coordinate design certification and technical documentation
Lead interfaces with clients and external engineering parties
Requirements: Five-plus years delivering system-level signaling projects
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Proven customer communication and technical management skills
People management and work package management experience
English communication and CENELEC standards experience
Bring signaling delivery, bid management, and multidisciplinary leadership to Hitachi Rail’s Toronto engineering organization.
