As Regional Manager, Property Management, you will prepare property analyses using financial indicators, market analysis, and long-term project plans. You will oversee legislation and standards, temporary license agreements, rent rolls, billing inquiries, and revenue opportunities. Travel to portfolio properties is required.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare strategic property analyses and long-term project plans
Ensure provincial, federal, and municipal compliance requirements
Develop tenant relationships and support high tenant retention
Create and manage Temporary License Agreements




Approve rent rolls and respond to billing inquiries
Requirements: Five to seven years of property management or retail experience
Knowledge of building standards and technical requirements
Ability to work independently with limited direction
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Travel availability and a valid driver’s license
Bring strategic property analysis, regulatory knowledge, tenant relations, and operational judgment to CT REIT’s regional portfolio.
