This senior electrical engineering role supports WSP’s Property & Buildings team. You will lead electrical system design across multiple facility types, prepare technical documentation, and develop practical client-focused solutions. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and strengthening team capability.
Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical system design for complex building projects
Prepare and review reports, drawings, and specifications
Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members




Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions
Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and client requirements
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Valid Skilled Engineers Ontario licence
Eight or more years in engineering consulting
Expertise in building electrical principles, codes, and standards
Proficiency with electrical design software and engineering tools
