As Engineering Manager, you will lead five data and analytics engineers within Super.com’s Analytics & Data Science team. Own financial data supporting the general ledger, sales tax filing, and month-end close. Apply Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, warehouse modeling, and orchestration experience to mature data practices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of five data and analytics engineers
Oversee dbt models, pipelines, and NetSuite syncs
Shape technical and product roadmaps with OKR discussions
Drive agile processes, code reviews, and release quality
Write design documents and contribute technically when appropriate
Requirements: Five-plus years as a data or analytics engineer
At least two years of people leadership experience
Robust SQL and working dbt proficiency
Experience with financial data and accounting dependencies
Deep database design and warehouse modeling experience
Bring financial data ownership, engineering leadership, SQL, dbt, and warehouse modeling to Super.com’s Finance Automation team.
