This Senior Consultant role sits within Konrad’s Strategy team and guides clients through design thinking. You will support engagement leads across rapid-to-market initiatives and medium to large transformations. Your work spans digital opportunity prioritization, AI-related initiatives, business cases, presentations, documentation, and proposal responses. You will also act as a thought leader on emerging digital and AI trends.
Key Responsibilities: Support engagement leads across digital and AI transformations
Help clients find and prioritize digital opportunities
Create presentations, documentation, and proposal responses




Track client goals and project timelines
Share emerging digital and AI trend insights
Requirements: Four or more years of relevant professional experience
Experience shaping or delivering AI-related initiatives
Understanding of management, business, and finance processes
Ability to build digital and AI investment business cases
Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities
Use AI transformation expertise, business analysis, and client strategy skills to deliver thoughtful digital solutions at Konrad.
