This full time IT Business Manager provides agency-wide leadership under general administrative direction. You will align technology investments with strategic priorities, advise leadership, and coordinate complex initiatives with Minnesota IT Services. The work includes policy development, performance measures, resource allocation, and organizational risk management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage agency-wide IT governance frameworks
Lead technology portfolio planning, prioritization, and performance monitoring
Advise leadership on IT strategy and investment priorities
Coordinate governance approaches with MNIT and enterprise agencies




Establish policies, procedures, accountability, and performance measures
Requirements: Four years performing IT project management functions
Experience managing projects through initiation, execution, and closure
Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and issues
Experience monitoring IT service delivery and improving effectiveness
Lead worker, supervisory, or qualifying leadership experience
Apply IT governance, portfolio management, strategic planning, and stakeholder leadership to support OCM priorities in St. Paul.
