This permanent full-time role supports offices in Mississauga, Ontario, or Montreal, Quebec. You will oversee cross-functional projects involving e-commerce, marketing, loyalty, digital customer journeys, data, analytics, and technology. The work requires structured planning, stakeholder leadership, financial oversight, and explicit executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage scope, cost, timelines, quality, deliverables, and changes
Engage sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams
Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues
Prepare status reports, presentations,



decisions, dependencies, and metrics
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and five-plus years of project management experience
Experience overseeing complex, cross-functional projects or workstreams
Experience with e-commerce, marketing, personalization, CRM, or loyalty
Strong stakeholder management and financial management capabilities
PMP certification or MBA preferred; bilingual English and French an asset
