Shape Clio’s AI-first design system through systems thinking and complex interaction design. This opportunity spans Canada excluding Quebec and the US.
As a Staff Product Designer, you will own the vision and evolution of shared foundations supporting Clio’s product ecosystem. You will define AI interaction models, streaming states, content voice, brand expression, and evaluation heuristics. The work combines customer discovery, strategic direction, and high-quality execution across interconnected experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Define experience strategy, success metrics, and high-leverage priorities
Lead design from opportunity framing through validation and execution
Shape frameworks, patterns, standards, and long-term experience vision
Raise quality through cohesive, accessible, scalable experiences




Mentor designers through critique, coaching, and strategic thinking
Requirements: Eight-plus years of Product Design experience
Deep mastery of interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design
Experience designing scalable systems across products or customer segments
Proven AI-powered experience design for trust, transparency, and user control
Expertise with contemporary design, prototyping, and AI workflow tools
Bring systems thinking, AI experience design, and customer-centered product judgment to Clio’s evolving legal technology ecosystem.
