You will guide a team of two to three operations staff while managing forecasting, vendor relationships, account health, and logistics. The work includes customs clearance, domestic transport, purchasing, and inventory planning. Success requires process discipline, analytical communication, and focused execution across marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from China to Amazon fulfillment
Maintain inventory visibility and prevent stockouts or excess inventory
Manage Amazon account health,



policy violations, and IP complaints
Source suppliers and manage freight forwarders and 3PL providers
Mentor two to three operations staff and establish team KPIs
Requirements: Three or more years in Amazon operations, supply chain, or logistics
Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, 3PL operations, and international shipments
Forecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis experience
Hands-on Amazon account health and compliance experience
Fluent English with solid communication and analytical skills
