This director-level role oversees large-scale implementations across multiple business units and sites. You will translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, elevate processes toward industry best practices, and deliver measurable outcomes. Senior experience in complex transformation programs, enterprise process alignment, and executive communication is required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end PLM and MES implementation across functions and sites
Build roadmaps for design, deployment, change, and capability enhancement
Manage governance, milestones, risks, budget, advantages, and reporting
Coordinate requirements across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain,



and IT
Drive adoption, training, governance, and continuous improvement
Requirements: 15+ years leading complex transformation and implementation programs
Senior PLM and MES delivery experience in enterprise environments
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field
PMP or equivalent program or project management certification
Reliability status security clearance and Controlled Goods assessment eligibility
